ONE STATION ONE PRODUCT SCHEME LAUNCHES AT TALCHER ROAD RLY. STATION

Talcher:The Social Development Foundation, in collaboration with NABARD and East Coast railway, Khurda Division launched one station one product scheme at Talcher Road Railway Station.
The Station Master B. Sandeep Kumar and the Sarpanch of Bhogoberni G.P. Chaplin Sahu jointly inaugurated the outlet. The aim of the “One Station One Product” (OSOP) initiative of Indian Railways to promote indigenous products by creating dedicated retail spaces that provide market access to local artisans, producers and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to generate sustainable livelihoods, and showcase regional diversity and create greater visibility and market opportunities for indigenous products through railway station and platforms. Mr. Buddhadev Das, Founder-Director of the Social Development Foundation, along with other officials of the Foundation and railway staffs were present on this occasion.
