Paralakhemundi- One Dibies Raito(25) had an illicit relationship with a girl. Belongs to Barangsing of Gumma block that goon stemmed false promises for marriage. He too had physical relationship with that girl,while girl’s family denied for marriage.
Victim’s family registered an FIR at Gumma Police Outpost. Later led by Outpost in charge a team formed for investigation.As per information that accused was staying at Hyderabad. Through secret enquiry that goon traced & arrested also Victim’s family conveyed gratitude to Gumma
