Four more arrested in Rayagada Firing and Murder case of Nikhil Hadappa

Rayagada, May 25: Twelve accused were arrested and forewarded previously in the case .
Now, three more chief conspirators got arrested from Karnataka. The police followed them from Vishakapatnam to Goa to Huballi(Karnataka) and nabbed them. The accused include Chintu @Debasis Bibhor, Paban Kalpa & Sagar Kalpa .
One accused Ajaya Devarapalli was arrested from Pelnadu district Andhra Pradesh .
Total arrest uptil now in this case is 16. The accused arrested are being brought on due remand procedures. Rayagada Police had engaged multiple teams in arrest of accused who had absconded to multiple parts of the country and successfully nabbed the accused .
In the mean time, there was a violent clash between two groups from Relli Sahi and Pitla Sahi in front of Rayagada town police police station. Police was then conducted a flag march to subside the situation. Afterwards, with the initiation of district police under the leadership of SP Swathi S Kumar, a peace committee has been constituted in the presence of Sub-collector Ramesh Jena, Additional SP Ramendra Kumar, SDPO Gourahari Sahu and other police officers, who have advised both the groups to stay away from any sort of violence. Police has kept a strict vigil to contain any untoward incidents in the town. Nevertheless, their is a reign of terror in the town.
