Brahmapur:18.06.2026;at New DelhiMr. Binaya Panda of Brahmapur, at present  working as Manager(Depot.), FCI, Hirakud bags the  “TOP PERFORMING DEPOT” award of FSD Hirakud, FCI EAST ZONE for the 1st time ever. Mr. Binay received the award for the year 2025_26 in an official  function held at New Delhi today, inaugurated and awards presented by the Honourable Union Minister and MoS Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya.

Mr. Binaya’s father Mr.Brajendra Kumar Panda, Retired Demonstrator from presently Khallikote Unitary University has proved himself as a legal advisor for the cause of employees, both Government, Non-government and Universities of the State and mother Advocate Mrs. Sandhya Rani Pani, a senior practicing advocate, on contact at their home at Hill Patna expressed their pleasure for the achievement of their son. The General Manager FCI, Odisha Region and the Divisional Manager of Sambalpur and Mr.Binaya Panda represented the State.
