TPSODL Marks Ethics Day with Integrity Pledge

Berhampur, July 29: Reinforcing its unwavering commitment to ethical values and responsible corporate governance, an Ethics Day celebration was organised at TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) to mark the birth anniversary of Shri Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy (JRD) Tata. The celebration reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to the Tata Code of Conduct, ethical leadership and responsible business practices. CEO Shri Amit Kumar Garg, along with the Senior Leadership Team and employees, participated in the programme and paid tribute to J.R.D. Tata, renewing their pledge to uphold integrity, transparency and excellence in every aspect of their work.

At Berhampur, CEO Shri Amit Kumar Garg, along with the Senior Leadership Team and employees, paid floral tributes to Shri JRD Tata and reaffirmed their commitment to the Tata Code of Conduct and the core values that define the Tata Group.

Adding to the day’s celebrations, the CEO inaugurated a modern Gymnasium for employees. The new facility has been established to promote health, fitness and overall well-being, reflecting TPSODL’s commitment to creating a positive and healthy workplace that enables employees to perform at their best.
