Cancer Patients Undergoing Treatment At Tata Memorial Hospital Will Be Benefitted
TALCHER ,( 28/5/26):A new Shelter Home for cancer patients was inaugurated at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, by Suryakheetra Foundation in a dignified and compasonate manner.
The inaugural function was graced by Chief Guest, Satish Pai, Managing Director, Hindalco Industries Ltd., along with his spouse Mrs. Pai. Other distinguished guests present on the occasion included Ganpat Kothari, Industrialist & President Rajasthan Mumbai Chapter, Dr. Rita Modi, Cancer Specialist, Shri Asutosh Tripathi, President of Anti Corruption Intelligence Committee, and many dignitaries, social workers, donors, and supporters.
Kailash Pandey, Cluster Head of Hindalco Industries Limited, was also present during the occasion. Popular “Duplicate Sachin Tendulkar” Balraj Singh attended the event along with Nirmal Mishra, Editor, Times of India, bringing happiness and encouragement to the cancer patients.
Around 50 cancer patients along with their attendants also attended the event. Addressing the gathering, Shri Satish Pai highly appreciated the noble efforts of Suryakhetra Foundation under the leadership of Dr. Bipin Bihari Mishra for supporting poor and needy cancer patients. He also praised the Foundation’s contributions in the fields of education, environment, healthcare, and skill development. Shri Pai stated that Hindalco Industries has committed to support such humanitarian initiatives and assured continued support to the Foundation in the future.
Industrialist & President Rajasthan Foundation Ganpat Kothari also appreciated the remarkable social work being carried out by Dr. Bipin Bihari Mishra and assured his continued association with such meaningful cause towards common society
During the programme, around 20 individuals those have contributed to the Foundation’s activities were honoured as a mark of gratitude and respect. Dr. Bipin Bihari Mishra expressed heartfelt thanks to Hindalco Industries, Shri Ganpat Kothari, donors, and supporters for their timely assistance and cooperation for the needy. Dr. Sukanti Mishra, Secretary of Suryakheetra Foundation, felicitated Mrs. Pai during the occasion. The event was coordinated and conducted smoothly by Shri B.K. Panigrahi, Trustee of the Foundation, along with Shri Deepak Sahu, VP, HDFC. Shri Satish Pai and Mrs. Pai expressed their happiness in participating in the noble initiative. Captain Shelbi Mishra and Soumya Mohapatra distributed fruits to the cancer patients and vote of thanks was proposed by Shri Manoj Naik from SBI.
