Bhubaneswar:Socio-political leader and SNSMT Chairman Shri. Suparno Satpathy today attended Carbon Market Watch (CMW) General Assembly ‘2020 via Zoom. Later via a tweet he announced that SNSMT has joined the Brussels based worldwide organisation as a supporting member organisations.

The CMW general assembly was conducted by Delia Villagrasa, Sam Van Den Plas, Sabine Frank and other board members of CMW. A board resolution was passed as well as the agenda for year 2020 was presented. On a global footprint CMW leads in climate change matters as well as carbon emission related matters. In this General assembly, new full members as well as supporting members were inducted.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic CMW General Assembly 2020 was conducted on the virtual platform of Zoom which further helped in reducing carbon footprint.
