SPECIAL AMRIT BHARAT EXPRESS TRAIN FROM BRAHMAPUR TO UDHNA VIA RAYAGADA

Rayagada, July 5: Railways is introducing Amrit Bharat Express service between Brahmapur – Udhna via Rayagada, connecting the eastern and western parts of the country through Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. This modern and affordable train service aims to significantly boost economic and industrial mobility by connecting mineral-rich regions with textile and trade hubs, thereby supporting business activities, workforce movement and regional development.
The inaugural running of daily service of train no.19022/19021 (Brahampur–Udhna–Brahampur) Amrit Bharat Express will be flagged off from Brahmapur Railway Station on 06.07.2026(Monday) at 17:00 hrs. The service will operate via Vizianagaram–Rayagada–Titlagarh–Raipur–Nagpur–Bhusaval, covering multiple key districts and linking several major towns and cities across its route.
Inaugural run of Train No. 08411 (One way) Brahmapur –Udhna Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Brahmapur on Monday 6th July 2026 at 17:00 hrs and which will reach Udhna at 02:00 hrs on Wednesday midnight on 8th July 2026.
Stoppages will be at Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Bobbili, Parvatipuram, Rayagada, Muniguda, Kesinga, Titlagarh, Kantabanji, Khariar Road, Mahasamund, Lakholi, Raipur, Durg, Gondia, Nagpur, Wardha, Badnera, Akola, Malkapur, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Dharangaon, Amalner, Sindkheda, Dondaicha, Nandurbar, Navapur, Vyara and Bardoli between Brahampur – Udhna Stations. The train will consist of 22 coaches, including: General Second-Class sitting coaches – 11, Sleeper Class coaches – 08, Second class-cum-luggage vans- 02 and Pantry Car – 01 on its composition. Railway authorities have requested people to make use of these facilities.
