Patients Crying-Drought of Doctors at DHH Gajapati

Paralakhemundi- Due to lack of sufficient doctors moreso specialist doctors health services paralyzed.

It may be underlined that,about 41 doctors post still lying vacant,out of 65 post there are only 24 doctors at district headquarter hospital (DHH)of Paralakhemundi. Similarly overall 70 & more posts lying vacant at rural CHCs.

So, bewildered patients run to border Srikakulam, Vishakhapatnam district of Andhrapradesh. Huge amount floating by those patients for survival.

At DHH 41,at Mohana out of12 where only 3 doctors posted. At Sikulipadar health centre seen blank of doctor.

While interacted with CDMO very soon those gaps of doctors will be fulfilled soon.

As Sikulipadar hospital depend to various panchayats like Merapali, Manikapur, Chandiput, Luhagudi, Dhepaguda people. Leaving only pharmacist critical cases not being treated. At Chudangpur one Dr. Prabir Kumar Sethi posted but after few months he transferred.

Satyanarayan Dandasena Sarpanch soughed and said  that he informed to Medical Officer Dr. Jaya Kumar Panda several times  but nothing fruitful. Locals demand immediate fulfil of doctors to assert regular health services.Otherwise they sall come to road to stage demonstratation
