Merciless Drive to Abandon Transfer Acclimatized Red Tapism on Govt. Services

Berhmapur/Gajapati:Administration is a wing which is a part in judiciary and legislative in our democracy point of view.But just pushing hue & cry now it is seen among employees, who are at ease to feel luxury of their continuity in one station for prolonged period.
Notably, on central government it is mandatory one to continue for 3 years in a post & at best for maximum 6 years in a station
On state government we see though such mandatory to be followed for better cause of grassroots service delivery and smooth functioning on governance. Moreover prodigy,too,on right turn; where we see 5T launched to meet such transformation & management to deal with public on all development scenarios.
But it’s a matter of question arises why such lacunae arising to make all evasive blessings to one officers on any line department to rely more than 10 years on one station (?). Is it not fabricated or denouncing right ethics of 5T, where transparency is also a part (?).They enjoy blessings of higher boss or VIPs on one side where as on other side corruption extravaganza such as allegations, irregularities are their skeleton of identities.
They easily rejuvenate their entire mastermind and under current which even hide them their pessimism.
They feel luxury to carry on their bombshell, where political bosses, too,at their support. That not only tarnish their images but also vision & goal of upliftment too paralyzed.
Recent case of MKCG-MCH Medical College of Berhampur, which is a burning example where newly constructed building towards destruction that streamed from public revenue of corers fund.That,too, constructed by a Delhi based company. If proper monitoring done, it would have been restored.
Such various cases we see where over bridges are under destructionture like landslide. Those are all people’s money, where huge funds used for development. Our officers remained stagnant or dormant for prolonged period, rather just an eye wash enquiry or investigation nothing proved action against those builders. So such red tapism in our administration to give all smooth passages to those “Babus” for prolonged period, instead brinks towards questions on good governance & stability on administration.
Vigilance raid too a cynosure factor once case dissolved against an employee, too,again go on rampage to accumulate black into white.
It is said, Carry to coal to New Castle “which is a coal field. Rich to be richer where poverty is to be poverty stricken which in one word we can say democracy is just a toy on such puppet beurocrates.
This, too, an issue at Berhampur Municipal Corporation where employees retired from services again reinstated where almost 4/5 councils governed so far. Rotation wise again they retired & again reinstated.
This indeed raptures their continuous building to keep away governance than accumulating at their own den of black money. A hectic situation neither new posting made nor faith & belief assured for public for whom they are posted particularly among Engineers and officers, but all they well paid by the council from public money (!).
