Mahendratanaya & Vanshadhar River Under AP Govt’s Vigil Stand:Odisha Farmers Deprive of Irrigation & Expectations of accute Drinking Water Scarcity

Paralakhemundi, (Odishabarta) Andhrapradesh government taken all faster stand to regulate their projects under Mahendratanaya & Vanshadhara rivers. As summer ahead scarcity of water will be faced by submerged area people of both rivers lying under Odisha.
Recently Andhrapradesh Chief Minister sanctioned 300 crores & 167 crores for Ragulpadu project of Mahendratanaya & Hiramandalam dam of Vanshadhara respectively.On their low basin ground work to completed soon as per instructions of Chief Minister.
But on our part just left as synosore where no remedial measures taken of neither Dombapur project for Mahendratanaya nor for Vanshadhara.On 2008 at Dombapur foundation stone laid by Naveen Patnaik to carry forward the project to support those river bed areas of Rayagada & Gosani blocks with regular drinking water & irrigation at Paralakhemundi.But that pulled down all notions where andhra government captive of completion of their milestone.Except hue & cry for those dependents of 2 rivers moreso serious mercury rising which results dry of river will be created more turmoil situations. Said scholar Purnachandra Mahapatra no efforts made for any canal system or pipeline expansion for Dombapur project.
Rather faster movement by border state government to complete those 2 project novice to at dormant state.District Farmers Association President Suryanarayan Patnaik prejudiced that hurricane movement of Andhra government for their faster stand will affect more to small & marginal farmers,who depend on Rabi crops & regular vegetables too. Need to construct a reservoir in Odisha part which still stranded though 15 years passed of laid to Dombapur foundation stone.
Where Gajapati district administration taken stand that we will complete our task on Dombapur before Andhrapradesh government stance.
