Joint Public Grievance Redressal Camp Held in Korukonda Block  Malkangiri

Malkangiri,  17/9/26:A joint public grievance redressal camp was held today on the premises of the Korukonda Panchayat Samiti office, following the directives of Malkangiri District Collector Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke. Presided over by Additional District Collector (Revenue) Bedabar Pradhan, the meeting was attended by Korukonda Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Jitu Burudi, Malkangiri Sub-Collector Duryodhan Bhoi, Korukonda BDO Amulya Mohapatra, and Assistant Collector Pritam Debata, among others, who listened to the grievances of the public. Senior officials from various administrative departments—including Revenue, Civil Supplies, Rural Water Supply, Electricity, Agriculture, Social Security, and Public Health—were present at the camp to review public grievances and ensure the successful implementation of government schemes. A total of 33 grievances were registered, comprising 06 individual issues and 27 village-level concerns. Key issues raised during the camp included rural drinking water supply, construction of village roads, electricity connectivity, social security pensions, ration card-related problems, and matters concerning housing under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and land rights (pattas). Finally, the Additional District Magistrate took all the registered grievances seriously and issued strict instructions to the concerned departmental officials to ensure their prompt and positive resolution within a specified timeframe.
