Various grievances received from public & instructed to sort out immediately by the Collector.Among grievances education, health,Social Security Pension Scheme, Consumers Cards, Antodaya Scheme, Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana,regarding domicile documents & other community development with individual assistance discussed.
Through Subhadra Help Desk regarding assistance on Subhadra Scheme facilitated.
On district level grievances 113 grievances received. Among them 90 individual applications & 9 rural community level presented.At spot 3 grievances approved. 11 beneficiaries sanctioned with ex-gratia amount of Rs. 70,000.
All district Officers from various departments were present. Among others Deputy Commissioner of Brahmapur Municipal Corporation & Sadar SDPO were also present. Priorities given on sensitive cases from 9 visually impaired persons along with cases of M.Simanchala Patra of Bhishmagiri
