Jajpur:Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp Held at Zilla Parishad Conference Hall

JAJPUR : A Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp was organized by the Jajpur District Administration at the Zilla Parishad Conference Hall, Jajpur.
District Collector Shri Ambar Kumar Kar attended the camp and heard various grievances and complaints submitted by members of the public.
He stated that the concerned departmental officers would examine the complaints, and appropriate steps would be taken to resolve the issues of all eligible applicants at the earliest possible.
A total of 176 grievances were registered during the camp. These included 138 individual grievances, 5 group grievances, 31 applications seeking financial assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, and 2 applications for assistance from the Red Cross Fund. As many as 35 grievances were resolved on the spot.
The camp was attended by Superintendent of Police, Jajpur, Shri Yashpratap Shrimali; Additional District Magistrate Shri Yudhishthir Naik; Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Shri Debi Prasad Mohanty; Block Development Officer, Jajpur, Shri Brahmananda Behera; Tahasildar, Jajpur, Shri Rabinarayan Padhi; along with district-level, field-level, and block-level officers, who participated in hearing and addressing the grievances of the public.
