MLA Paralakhemundi KNarayan Rao & Mahanta Maharaj of Devi Math Ramanandji graced as chief guest & chief speaker. Bichitrananda Bebarta fecilitated the program. Presided by Harmohan Patnaik, led by Hemant Patnaik artists presented their solo tunes to vibrate near Lord Jagannath temple. Among others Loknath Mishra, Kailash Patnaik, Purnachandra Rath spoke on the occasion. Various committed personalities on art, culture, media are honoured by the guests. From Ganjam & Gajapati districts renowned artists performed their classic songs. Despite cold audience thrilled by vibration of singers.
