Paralakhemundi-Both centre & state litering crores of rupees for development but in tribal zone this yet to be solved. Nor minimum amenities meet.
Janakapur situated under Raipanka panchayat surrounding hilly zone. Nearby villages of this villages are Dakarapanka, Taladakarapanka, Putasing & Dulipankala where the villagers depend on farming & meagre forest produced crops. 155 population based of Janakapur where having 27 households. From panchaya office Raipanka distance at 11kms, but more dangerous of communication. Even 2 -wheelers most difficult to pass away not to think of 4-wheelers.Education, health, drinking water too deteriorating. Due to lack of network even unable to connect 108 ambulance too. They depend on Adava, Mohana & Chandragiri market. During rainy days they face difficulties to come out from home. Maternity care too scared down. Polluted water of well too not meeting for drinking purpose. Mostly suffer on fever like malaria & other chronical diseases. Though electricity service available but only for 3 to 4 hours usable. For studies children use to go Raipanka, Birikote & Guluba. Those are farthest distance to have daily to & fro.
Villagers now decided to boycott coming election & too gherao block office if their minimum amenities not fulfilled.
