Awareness Programme on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organised at Sunabeda Women’s Degree College

Sunabeda: 09/07/2023 Awareness and Counseling programme on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Chat GPT has been organized at Sunabeda Women’s Degree College.The Vice – Principal of I T I under Vigyan Institutions of Koraput , Er. Nilakanth Biswal joined the programme as an Resource Person and told the students about artificial intelligence, which uses computers and machines to imitate the problem-solving and decision-making capabilities of the human mind.He also explained that ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool, powered by AI technology, that allows for human-like conversations and more to do with chatbots.Lalit Mohan Padhi, ATO of Vigyan Institutes, assisted in conducting the programme.
President of the College Management Committee Dr. Uma Shankar Prasad Patra welcomed the guests while Principal Usharani Dash gave vote of thanks.College Management Committee Member Sheikh Ibrahim, Faculty Basanti Patnaik, Sarita Parida, Ms. Shubhashree Parida, Demonstrator Laxmi priya Chowdhury participated.
The programme highlighted how students can benefit from AIML in their education and daily life. Though, the college is a degree college of Arts stream but this is the first programme on how AIML can bring change in the field of education which has not been organized in any other college of Arts stream.So the students eagerly participated in it and acquired the related knowledge.
