ATM Lootera Caught by Police

ROURKELA: One person Harish chandra Das a technical support with ATM filling machine caught by Sector-7 police after getting complaint in different police station. This fraudster is working with a service provider who does maintenance of ATM. He was an authorized person by one of the agencies to extend maintenance of 15 ATM machines, finding his profession as an advantage to loot ATM, he started frauding different ATMs of Rourkela over a period of one year time and looted Rs.34lakh.
He looted ATM of ICICI Bank, HDFC bank and Bank of Baroda. His modus operandi was initially not doubted but after the audit it was found a huge deficit in cash and subsequently FIR being launched in Sector-19, Sector-7 and Chhend police station. Getting this complaint Sector-7 police started investigating the matter and unfolded this loot and then Harisha chnadra the culprit was nabbed by the police.
Police is now investigating the matter and have interrogated the accused. In the initial invetigation he said that he was the sole member doing this mischief but police is preparing to interrogate him further to ascertain his line of speech. Indeed this ATM fraud is now-a-days happening in many places in our country and frauds are of different style. Now after this incident the question comes to mind to whom you believe if the care taker will be a looter then it is a challenge for every agencies to hire people for this sensitive job. In a press address the SP, Rourkela has detailed the information. This arrest is a success for the police.
