Aeronautics DAV High School organises teachers’ Orientation programme
Sunabeda, (Shaik Ibrahim) : An orientation programme has been organized for the teachers at Aeronautics DAV High School in Sunabeda. A total of 90 teachers from various schools of Sunabeda and Semiliguda, namely; ADAV High School, V, S Vidyalaya, Saraswati Shisu Mandir, Sri Aurobindo Integral Study Circle, Sai Sainik School, Netaji English Medium School and D’ Mount Public School etc. participated in the said programme.
Secretary of the School management committee PK Das graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and said that such programme will offer an opportunity for the teachers to enhance the pedagogical knowledge and introduce effective instructional strategies. Principal of the School P K Mishra presided over the meeting.
Senior faculty of Aditya Birla Public School in Tikiri, Rayagada District, Dr. G. Vinod Kumar conducted the programme as Resource Person and elucidated the aims and objectives of New Education Policy 2020. He also gave an impressive digital presentation on Stress and Anger management. Eminent Contant writer and social activist Er. Sunil Biswal highlighted various aspects of knowledge acquisition and discussed the interactive teaching methods for teachers.
Apart from this, Principal PK Mishra spoke about the psychology of the students and the role of teacher educators. Senior journalist Ch Santakar discussed the rights of the children and suggested to evolve the compatibility of the capability of the children in the school.Senior teachers of the school, Shaheda Parween and Santoshi Agarwal compared the programme while Bijay Lakshmi Behera proposed the vote of thanks.
