Promodini Murder Mystery Open; Principal accuse arrested

BERHAMPUR: In view of the massive public gossip, unwanted politicised the matter over the alleged sensational murder case of Promodini Naik, Wednesday the mystery is disclosed by the special team to arrest the Principal accuse.
Today Southern range DIG, Satyabrata Bhoi, described to scribe that the much awaited Mystery of murder case of Promodini Nayak drop is closed with black screen on stage.
That instant case related to death of Promodini Nayak (22) of village Dekhali under K.Nuagaon Police station. On 10th May, 2020 morning in between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. under suspicious circumstances in Joda River where she had been usually her bathing.
After thorough scrutiny of post-mortem report in depth study and other circumstantial evidence the case sparks and turns to a case of homicides.
Basis on the evidence finally a case was registered and dedicated to a team of expert
Officials’ where investigating the case overcoming the challenge of covid-19 and other difficulties.
During investigation more than 80 people from around the locality has been interrogated and their statements recorded, the technical investigation mobile analysis in many persons was also conducted transparently and entire investigation examined from different outlook. after all process of the investigation Prakash Behera was identified as the prime suspects the principal accuse. Prakash Behera belong of same village who was use to voyeur the disease was interrogated. After sustained interrogation, the killer Prakash Behera confessed his crime and arrested. We are forwarding him to court and after that, he will be brought on Police remand for the further investigation, he said.
The team constituted, by SP Berhampur under his direct supervision are; ASP, Prabhat Routray, PK Mishra, Surendranath Murmu, SDPO, Chikiti and IIC, K.Nuagaon and under the direct supervision the case follows finally achieved the Goal. “I am sure SP, Berhampur, Mishra took this matter as a challenge. I personally thanks to SP, Berhampur, Mr. Mishra and thanks to all dedicated officer”. Bhoi said.
