MISSING OLD WOMAN SWITCH OVER TO MURDER IN GANJAM

BEHAMPUR,(Digapahandi):On 12th Oct one missing case was registered in Digapahandi police station under Berhampur Police district vide the case no- MMR number 23/20 basing on the complain of Hemalata Mallick of Village, Chanabagada regarding missing of her aunty Saibani Mallick aged about 70 years.
Again on 21st Nov, Hemalata lodged another FIR suspecting the activities of the neighbour Saibani Mallik has been killed by them as some of their relatives died few days ago and they fix the responsible for death of Saibani Mallik (?).
On the tip off, Digapahandi PS established during the enquiry and it was revealed from the extra judicial confession of the witnesses that the Saibani Mallik (Deceased) has been killed by Dhuba Mallick and Anil Mallick.
Acting on the tip-off,the IIC Digapahandi nabbed the accused person Dhuba Mallick who made confession that he (Dhuba) with his uncle Anil Mallick of village Chhana Bagada killed the deceased Sivani Mallick on that day in her house throttling her neck by means of a metallic wire suspecting the deceased to be witch and responsible for the death of his mother Chandrama Mallick and relation Kumari Mallick on 31.8.20 and 1.9.20 respectively and concealed the dead body in the back side field and on the following day both of them took the dead body to the nearest jungle and buried the dead body.
The case still underway the investigation process is on .search is going on to nab the other accuses.
