Ganjam,(Konisi):Different type of Fertizers shortage to Farmers of Konisi Tahasil and Rangailunda Block, Selling on Black Market at more Prices than Govt Price, Less weight age on Fertilizer Bags. RTI activist Biswambar Patro appeal to the administration with some his demand for the benefit of the farmers like supply of more fertilizers to Konisi Tahasil Area,Available stocks at Service Cooperative Points Conduct rapid Raid and Enforcement to Black Marketers points. Seize the Black Marketers stocks and distribute at Govt. rate to Farmers and the immediate arrest of Black Marketers.

Reminding to the people of Ganjam he appeal to the CM,Odisha,Naveen Patnaik;Save Odisha ,Save Ganjam,Save Farmers,Save Cultivation,Save Diminishing of Agriculture Lands,Save OLR Sec 8A,Save RERA ,Save Economy.

Save Ecology, Save Unemployment, Save Deficit of Food Production, Save Migrant Labourer, Save Revenue Loss to State, Save Corruption, Save Violation of Provision of Human Rights Act 1993.

The mentioned Map/Layout is over a most fertile and irrigated agriculture land of 6.00 Acres at Dubapolli Mouza under Konisi Tahasil of Ganjam District, Odisha meant for real estate business (Plotting) purposes. On the upper side of layout there is a Canal having Outlets (Nala) for irrigation purpose for 100 acres of agriculture lands. Due to change of characteristics of lands by way of demolishing of land boundaries and construction of roads, guard walls for plotting purpose, the nalas were chocked and now no water supply available to surrounding and lower trend lands of layouts to do the agricultural activities of cultivation of different crops to maintain livelihood for local people . Now the rest of lands became dry and depends upon rain and mercy of God only. So, immediately stop misuse of OLR Sec 8A and RERA rules and regulations, punish the corrupted officials, supply the water sources to remaing lands meant for cultivation and livelihood and protect the violation of Human Rights Act 1993.
