BERHAMPUR:This is true, Odisha pioneered the announcement of the lockdown to contain the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.Mr Vijay Amruta Kulange,Collector,Ganjam has said, we were also the first to extend the lockdown while other districts were still deep in consultations with us.

At initial stage the incidence of Corona cases in Ganjam having excellent performance and we have not yet reported any instance of community level transmission. All our efforts to combat the crisis might have been undone”. What Ganjam thinks today, as the positive cases increasing every day in spite of all  efforts and announce enforcement of lockdown.

Notably, We too serious creating hotspot zone, Keeping in view of the positive patients in Covid hospital, symptom identified people kept under quarantine we committed people providing doorstep medical service, milk etc.. as well we did many experiments like shutdown, lockdown, half lockdown, weekly twice shutdown.

Now question arises about Covid ambulance & its uses. During Shut Down for any emergency cases such ambulance vehicles must be ready. It is indispensible in case of senior citizens to pick up them to Covid hospital or TMCs.

Regarding door to door screening too ward wise committees to be empowered regarding symptoms, testing & domestic care.

Being a large city like Berhampur a large team comprised with Doctors to para medical workers divided ward wise not only for documents storing but counselling to scrutinize quality status of health. Committee members to be empowered as preamble to guild their own inhabitants to avoid all fear psychosis.

In case of minor illness too primary remedial measures can be hub to eradicate fear of infections.

Coming to business magnets why only shop keepers like rations, vegetables & other depended shops to cover day to day needs will be responsible for crowd pulling (!), Every citizen just like our Directive Principles so also core principles to follow all norms of Covid-19. Besides that for those senior citizens who handicapped all assistance can be supported door delivery from shop keepers by Whats-app or over phone calls.

This will restrict & reduce all AP(arithmetical progression)of Corona virus. Like prevention is better than cure this will be excellent & productive results of reduction.

Regarding secret arrival of migrants who not registered at TMCs must be addressed by ward committees. Even those who cured from positive treatment must neither be re-infected nor avoid norms of Covid-19.Risk of stigmatization for those deceased family members which should not be erratic. Nor warriors be over-burdened with duties forgetting own nutrition food or missing off-take food timings,that must be acknowledged by authorities.
