No Genuine Farmer Should Be Left Out of AgriStack: Malkangiri Collector

Malkangiri, 18/09/2026:A crucial review meeting was held today at the Zilla Parishad conference hall with the aim of ensuring that the benefits and facilities of government schemes reach the farmers of Malkangiri district in a timely manner. Presided over by District Collector Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke,the meeting focused on a detailed discussion regarding the progress of the ongoing AgriStack digital registration drive in the district. Addressing the meeting, the Collector stated that digital registration is not merely a government procedure but a powerful means to safeguard the rights and welfare of farmers.
The Revenue and Agriculture Departments should take immediate, coordinated action to ensure that no genuine farmer in the district is deprived of this facility.
Additional District Magistrate (Revenue) Bedabar Pradhan, Chief District Agriculture Officer Anil Praharaj, all Tehsildars, and various officials from the Agriculture Department attended the meeting.
The Chief District Agriculture Officer conducted the proceedings of the meeting. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Praharaj stated that ‘AgriStack’ serves as a state-of-the-art digital identity for farmers.
Through this registration, farmers can directly avail themselves of government subsidies, assistance for seeds and fertilizers, crop insurance, and credit facilities without any delay. Our primary objective is to bring every eligible farmer into this system at the grassroots level.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the District Collector directed all Tehsildars and agriculture officials to maintain coordination and complete the registration process within the stipulated timeframe.
