Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp at Binjharpur Block

JAJPUR : A Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp organized by the Jajpur District Administration was held in the conference hall of the Binjharpur Block Office. During the camp, District Collector Ambar Kumar Kar heard various complaints and grievances submitted by the public.

The District Collector stated that the concerned departmental officers would verify the complaints and that efforts would be made to resolve the problems of all eligible applicants as far as possible.

A total of 74 grievances were registered. Among them, 62 were related to individual issues, 3 were related to group issues, and 9 were applications seeking assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Immediate disposal was made in 10 cases.

The Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp was attended by Prashant Kumar Majhi, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Jajpur; Yudhishthir Nayak, Additional District Magistrate; Debi Prasad Mohanty, Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad; Tapas Ranjan Dehuri, Deputy Collector; Chhabirani Sahu, Block Development Officer, Binjharpur; Pramod Kumar Baske, Tahasildar, Binjharpur; along with district-level, field-level, and block-level officials, who participated in hearing the grievances and complaints of the public.
