MANY GAMBELLIN DEN BUSTED BY POLICE IN GANJAM

CHATRAPUR,(Ganjam):Ganjam district Police claimed to have busted many gambling den at Polosra,Hinjilicut and Chamakhandi by arresting thirtfive (35) persons.
After being tipped off the police team conducted raids at many places in Ganjam district at the police limit.Police formed a special enforcement team and conducted raids.
According to information on Sunday Hinjili Police in Ganjam conducted gambling raid at Totasahi area, seized cash Rs.19,200/- and arrested 09 accused persons.
Similarly on Saturday Polasara Police in Ganjam busted a gambling den at Polasara PS areas, Seized cash of Rs.22,200/-and arrested 05 accused persons. Notably in last week Polasara Police have proven their strength and busted a professional gambling den at Polasara PS areas, Seized cash of Rs.1,15,510/-and arrested 17 accused persons.
On 1st May the Chamakhandi Police have also busted a gambling den where many professional gamblers and some of them are having Criminal back ground are involved,Sources said.
In this regard while intracted with SDPO Chatrapur to know the Cash figures and location he avoided to disclose (?). why the scribe kept in dark (?).Matter cant be ruled out.
Sources said, police have arrested nine persons and seized Cash more than 1 Lakhs,25 Motor Cycle and 32 Mobile sets (approx) (?).
