Berhampur,(3rd,Dec): Pitabas Panda Murder Case; the investigating officer (I.O) Wednesday  pray for time petition to submit the Case Diary  Before, the Court of Honable’ District Judge Court which was accepted and Schedule for the next hearing on coming Tuesday. Notably, the same was expected on today according to Mr.Deepak Pattnaik,Senior Advocate and advocate of Bikram Panda and Mr.Manas Chand,Senior advovate of Orissa High Court to press.

Factually the honourable district Judge Court scheduled the hearing of bail petition of Ex-MLA, Bikram Panda.,Pintu Das,Ex Mayor,Advocate Madan Dalai,others.Today(?) ,but unfortunately the time petition by the I.O the date was shifted.

“I was shocked when Slaain Advocate’s wife alleged that she and her son are receiving death threats from unidentified callers. To the IIC, Baidyanathpur Police Station other hand I, too appreciate police in action immediately provided Security arrangement to them”. Why the police not colecting the CDR of both the party so that everything wil clear,who threatened to whom (?)Pattnaik said.
