NTPC Northern Region HQ organised Workshop on Mission Karmayogi

Lucknow : A one-day “Rashtriya Karmayogi – Jan Seva” Training Programme under the Government of India’s flagship initiative “Mission Karmayogi” was organised at NTPC Northern Region Headquarters, Lucknow, on 27th October 2025.

The initiative was conducted under the leadership of Shri Goutam Deb, RED (North), and the guidance of Shri Samiran Sinha Ray, RHOHR,NRHQ.

Before the commencement of the training, employees downloaded and installed the iGOT Karmayogi App on their mobile devices to complete the learning modules.The programme aimed to instil the spirit of Seva Bhav (sense of service), enhance responsiveness, foster collaboration, and strengthen citizen service delivery through continuous learning, competency-based training, and digital learning platforms.

Two master trainers from NTPC Unchahar facilitated the session, successfully training 31 participants and ensuring effective delivery of the programme.The workshop was graced by Shri S. K. Dubey, GM (OS), and witnessed an interactive and engaging learning experience for all participants.
