Instant: Case registered With reference to case reference:1. Golanthara PS case No- 271 Dtd. 24.06.2025 U/S 308(4)/351(3)/3(5) BNS /25(1-B) (a)/27 Arms Act registered on 24.06.2025 and 2. Golanthara PS Case No- 281 Dated 01-07-2025 Dated U/S 25 (1-B) (a) Arms Act.
Instant :-In connection Golonthara Police detained six person including one Juvenile The Accused details are;
1. Panda Gouda (23), S/o Tuna Gouda of Majhi Sahi,
2. Debendra @ Cheru Gouda (24), S/o Bipra @ Kenchu Gouda.
3. Madhaba @ Nilamadhaba Gouda (20), S/o Bichitra Gouda.
4. Nitini @ Nitikesan Bishoyi (21), S/o Kumuda Bishoyi of .They all are of village Chanchadapalli, PS-Digapahandi. u/s 308(5)/111(2) /351(3) /3(5) BNS /25(1-B)(a)/27 Arms Act.
5. Budu Das,age 35 years s/o Late Bhaiga Das of village Jugudi under Golanthara PS.
6. 17 year Juvenile of village Chanchadapalli, PS-Digapandi.

2. Four android mobile hand sets of accused persons
3. One Honda Shine M/C bearing regd No-OR-07-R-9272.

6. Live ammunition – 4.
According to the Press release that, “Brief of the case : On 24.06.2025 based on the report of the Complainant. Ramesh Chandra Das (65), the instant case was registered and investigated into. “
Investigation of the case revealed that Sri Ramesh Chandra Das belonged to Sharadhabali Nagar, 3rd Lane, Berhampur. About three years back , he had purchased land at Mahurigada near Tamana in the name of his wife Pranita Das for farming and made a farm house there and was farming paddy along with lemon and mangoes. He had engaged a family to take care of the farm house. On 10.06.2025 at about 6.00 PM ,When the family members were engaged in the farm house, the above accused persons along with others came there armed with sword and pistol and demanded 6 lakhs as “ Dada Bati” by showing sword and threatened them with dire consequence. Accused persons asked them to inform the matter to the farm house owner / complainant pay the demanded dadabatti
Instant:- Based on the information the above accused noted persons have been arrested and forwarded to court on 25-06-2025.
When we are getting the information instant , we ae assuming the accused persons may be released instant on BAIL if the CD not submitted before the Honourable Court in stipulated time limit.

Date of occurrence. On 01-07-2025 at 5.00 AM
Accused Persons Involved/arrested Budu Das, age-35 years S/O-Late Bhaiga Das of village Jugudi (Bauri sahi),PS-Golanthara.
Brief fact of this case3:-
Based on concrete information that above mentioned accused persons along with others are in procession of arms and ammunitions, they were under surveillance since last 1 month.
Instant:- On 01-07-2025 at 5 AM, information was received that the said arms trader is coming from village Kankia On getting such information ,Golanthara police under D,S.P,Bibekanda Swain swung into action and conducted blocking at Tamana chhak under Golanthara PS.
Not Instant,:- Finally, accused persons were apprehended at Tamana chhak.
Instant:- During search, two numbers of SBML guns were found from him. Two pistols and 4 live ammunition were also seized.
We came to know from our source that the Complainant. Ramesh Chandra Das (65), the instant case was registered and Instant investigated into. Was a big important VVIP and influenced person so Golonthara police took the case very seriously and acted very much Instantly (On Priority)?.
In our point of view if for a case police instant action subject to appreciate. Police sincerity and they perform very professional manner no doubt the team members are dedicated to the service and public for security
IF we took this case granted “yes we have good Police in our state. than why hundreds of cases are lying pending awaiting for detection(!) at many Police Stations.detecttion for that we quoted the Complainant is a V.I.P /Influenced
