TRAIN SERVICES REGULATED DUE TO LAND SLIDE IN KORAPUT- KIRANDUL LINE

Rayagada, July 2: Due to incessant rains, landslide occurred between Malliguda- Jarati stations in Koraput-Kirandul line of Waltiar Division, the following train services got affected. The railway officials rushed to site with men and materials and the restoration works are on war footing.
The train No. 18448 Jagdalpur- Bhubaneswar Hirakhand Express leaving Jagdalpur on 02.07.2025v & 18516 Kirandul- Visakhapatnam Night express leaving Kirandul on 02.07.2025 are cancelled.
People are requested to note the changes and act accordingly. The railway officials rushed to the site for assessment, planning and ensuring early restoration. Heavy earth moving machineries, manpower and materials have been mobilized and the restoration works are on war footing.
