Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister,Naveen Patnaik announced for ht People who are stranded or waiting to travel for medical or other emergency requirements can get e-passes from the state government. After the submission of details, the applications will be reviewed by the district authorities.
On approval, e-passes can be viewed, downloaded and printed from the website.
