TRUCK OVERTURNED AT TAPTAPANI GHAT HELPER DIED ON SPOT

GAJAPATI,(Mohana):In a tragic incident today afternoon an accident at danger turning zone near a Park at Taptapani in Gajapti district met a major accident on Ghat which is marked as an accident prone zone in Gajapti district.

Getting the information IIC Patapur Mr Ajay Barik with his team and released deceased body of Cleaner who identified as Manoj Kumar Gauda.

According to IIC,Barik, one cement loaded truck no OD 07 6071  was coming from RUdayagiri and going towards Berhampur on ghat the loaded truck overturned and cleaner of truck collapsed.

Further information says, Manoj was asked by the regular driver Kalucharan Rout to drive but unfortunately Manoj the cleaner who lost his patience on turning point and truck over pressured on him. As a result Manoj died and Kalucharan the driver narrowly escaped borne minor injury. Enquiry is on by Police.
