With great zeal and vigour, NTPC Talcher Super Thermal Power Station, Odisha’s largest Power Station, celebrated its 36th Foundation Day on June 2, 2024.
Bureau,Odishabarta, 02.06.2024 : The employees of the Station gathered at the Administrative Building, where Head of Project, Shri Ashok Kumar Sehgal unfurled the NTPC flag. This was followed by the NTPC Geet.
Following this, Shri Sehgal addressed on the occasion and conveying his appreciation for the employees he especially congratulated the employees from all departments for working round the clock and showcasing excellence in power generation.
Further, Shri Sehgal highlighted the contribution of the Station towards development of Society and under its CSR initiative, NTPC Kaniha contributed by providing basic amenities to local communities around the station.”
To commemorate the occasion, All GMs , HODs and employees of various departments along with Union and Association representatives, CISF personnel, and officials attended the ceremony.
