Scarcity of Drinking Water at R.Udayagiri: Road Block by Women

Paralakhemundi:Since last 10 days at RUdayagiri water scarcity found. Despite knocked at authorities hardly any solution seen. So the women revolted against such lacklustre attention by department.

 They stored water pots on main road & blocked the road on either side. For long 2 hours bandh observed where passengers suffered. At Sarala sahi & Christian sahi such scarcity of drinking water found since last 10 days.

 Tehsildar Jyotirmayi Das, IIC of RUdayagiri Police Station Prasant Mallick reached at spot & sorted out the matter & assured to search of solution by discussing with JE & block authorities. On both sides more than 100 vehicles stranded during their road block.
