School of Rural Management, XIM University (New Campus), succesfully completed Udhyam 2.0, 2023 based on the theme, “Innovation and Inclusion”. The event commenced with a welcome note by Prof. Pradeep Kumar Mishra, followed by an inaugral speech by Dean School of Rural Management, XIM University. The event was conducted in four sessions in two day intervals. The first session focussed on the BFSI sector follwed by the FMCG and Consulting sector in the second session. Day2, began with a session on Agribusiness followed by CSR.
The discussion conveyed the inclusion and innovative approaches done in the following sectors, its history and future scope.
The esteemed speakers spoke about how innovation and inclusion is a driving force in contribution towards nation’s economy and unlocking the potential rural economy holds.
