FIRE BROKE OUT NEAR UDITNAGAR IN A FREEZE REPAIRING SHOP

ROURKELA:Fire broke out near Uditnagar amid Lockdown for Corona, this afternoon. Fire brigade had rushed to the fire site and controls the fire after struggling for half an hour. The initial investigation said a Freeze repairing shop was there in the lane where old freezes were kept for repairing and from the godown fire broke out and it had gripped the entire shop and destroyed all the articles in the shop. Since the location is in the market place and shops are closed because of Lockdown, it became easier for the fire extinguisher to control the fire. Fortunately, it did not affect other shops nearby because of timely action by the Fire department. Investigation is going on to trace the reason of fire. It is apprehending short circuit could have been the reason.
