Paralakhemundi-At Conference Hall of Gajapati Collectorate chaired by Collector Lingraj Panda among others Sangramsekhar Panda ADM was present. A brief gap of voter list filled up. This analysis done from 9th November to 8th December 2022.Final voter list published on 5th January 2023 which at all polling booths,block offices, Tehsildar office, Sub Collector office & Collector office are available. On present voters list out of total voters 437319,where males are 214522,females 222776,transgenders 21 are on list. In 136 pollung booths of Mohana block total voters are 228846 where males are 111569,females 117274,transgenders 3.Similarly at Paralakhemundi constituency total voters 208473 where 102953 male,105502 female voters transgenders 18.ID proof with Adhar link, revised registrations also informed to all present parties by Collector.
This year voters can on 4 specific dates eg, 1st January 1st April, 1st July & 1st October 2023 programs can add form-6, revise name on form-7 on form-8 correction of informations & place change & on form-6(a) can link voter IDs with Adhaar Cards. Through online & voter helpline & app or government portal they can apply in form 6.7.8 & 6(b).All political parties are requested to engage in all 573 booths to cooperate.
Besides that among new voters of 18-19 years are 2027 where from Mohana constituency of 136 segments 1133,137 segments of Paralakhemundi constituency 894 voters. For 17 years age 954 persons in advance applied for voters list. 107 voters withdrawn from voter list where 2333 voter corrected their identities in voter list.
Similarly by Election Commission of India, in Mohana out of 297 booths 239 & Paralakhemundi constituency 189 out of 276 booths names have been changed.Collector Panda stressed on to enroll youths of 18-19 years.
Among others Deputy Collector Natabar Garada, all political parties representatives eg, from BJD Pradip Nayak, BJP KSivkumar, CPI GSuresh Chandra Rao, INC Eswar Chandra Majhi were present with other officials.
