SDJM Berhampur attempt to attack in Court Chair (!).

Berhampur:Monday afternoon at around 2.30 PM when SDJM Berhampur Ms.Pragyan Parimita was in her court chamber discharging her court work one unknown person suddenly went near her chair and put a knife on her neck and threatened to kill her
Soon her staff & lawyers present there immediately over powered him and caught hold of him.Police present there took him under custody immediately.However, SDJM is safe. Said by Berhampur SP Dr.Saravana Vivek.M.
In connection the Baidyanathpur Police registered a case vide no- 415/2022 us 341/332/353/323/307/506 IPC.
The accused is identified as Bhagban Sahu,S/O: Chaitanya Sahu,Jemadevi Sahi,
Old Berhampur, PS: Badbazar.
During the investigation accused Bhagban Sahu has four cases pending at Bada Bazar case no 188/2020 U/s 448/341/294/384/506/354 IPC,Case No.205 Dtd. 13.10.2020 U/S – 341/294/506 IPC/Sec-27 Arms Act,Badabazar PS case No. 82 dtd. 16.04.2021 U/s 341/294/323/324/307/386/332/354-B/506 IPC and Baidyanathpur Police case no 181/20 – us 309 IPC.
He was previously arrested and is currently out in bail.The accused is currently under police custody.The case is under investigation.
