Paralakhemundi: History made upside down at Manikapatna where now Andhra government posted round the clock police security team on patrolling to spoil all dare devil affairs by Gajapati district administration. This indeed an open challenge when Fisheries & Livestock Minister KApalaraju dared on 9th September to show eye ball to eye ball to ADM Gajapati & cacophony further lead when he distributed eggs & taught children at anganwadi centre. Recent visit of Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra to Gajapati district still not sorted out any solution. Rather after his visit of Andhra Minister from 11th September,6 police staff deployed where 4 with armed forces & 2 on civil dresses at Manikapatna. Such sensitive issues a stumbling block which totally paralyzed law & order at Gangabada panchayat. Learneds too disappointed on lack of action by Gajapati district administration to counter such timid affairs of Andhra possession.
