She was expected to be sanctioned under severely damaged pucca house scheme with an allotment of Rs. 1,01,900 & recognized as true beneficiary under relief policy of state government. Rayagada Tehsildar received her application & approved by the recommendation of Collector Gajapati on 30.10.2018.However an untoward turn of events Tehsildar revised his recommendation by reducing to Rs. 5200,as partially damaged on pretext of topographical error of 7 numbers of beneficiaries including Suna. Accordingly Collector Gajapati approved revised sanction on 17.01.2019.That destitute lady stranded by such judgement of mild sanction & later on she appealed to ensure higher amount in her favor as relentless efforts ended up in vein. She still constrained to approach before Judge under present Lok Adalat, which was registered vide PLA 7/2020.Sri Byomkesh Nayak, Judge of PLA conducted the proceedings & directed Tehsildar Rayagada to furnish the report. However Judge of PLA taking into account the nature & extent of damage as well as ground realities during course of proceedings in the light of entitlement of petitioner directed to Collector Gajapati to restore his earlier order & accord sanction & disburse Rs. 1,01,900 in favor of beneficiary & accordingly payment in this regard.
