TAKE ONE ROSE AND USE HELMET, SP, GANJAM

Ganjam:The National Road Safety Week commenced today at Budhaamba under Kabisurya Nagar Police limit. On occasion of this awareness programme Mr Brijesh Ray, SP, Ganjam and Ms Latika Pradhan,MLA joined as guest. The program was arranged by local senior citizens and youths.
SP Ganjam,Mr Ray addressed to huge gathering an said “ACCEPT ONE ROSE FROM ME & USE HELMET”.
Adding to his slogan Ray said, “Our main focus is to spread awareness among students and teenagers in schools and colleges. We have also planned programs. The Ganjam Police is ensuring all steps to bring down the number accident cases and unnatural deaths due to road mishaps.”
On this occasion Ms Latika Pradhan appeal to locals we should follow the basic road safety rules like: Wear helmet and other riding gear; Wear bright noticeable clothes while riding; Be a cautious rider; Wear seat belt , Don’t ignore traffic rules, Don’t over speed, Don’t drink and drive, Don’t use mobile phones.
