Paralakhemundi-State Under Mohana police limits near Jagannathpur junction at a maize field one unknown youth cruelly killed.On the spot he had been found where he was tightened by pant belt to his hands, by boot polish less his legs & face covered by clothes. Public immediately informed police at Chandragiri outpost. SI Niranjan Panigrahi reached spot & found the body where face touched to earth. Near his body helmet & some clothes filled bag. Scientific team informed to trace out details of his death said incharge of police station. As post election scenario of panchayat this thrilled in the area.
