Koraput:The district excise department today cracked down on a large-scale cannabis smuggling operation. The Koraput Excise department raided the village of Ranginiguda in Padua police station and seized Rs 84 lakh worth of cannabis. “The suspects have been identified and will be arrested soon,” said Manoj Kumar Sethi, the superintendent of police.
The Koraput Excise Nandapur excise staff seized 8 quintals 40 kg of cannabis stored in a house at Ranginiguda under Padua police station. Squad walked 2 kilometer’s for the raid.
