Paralakhemundi-On behalf of leading organization Pragati Women Organization & Nehru Yuva Kendra World Pakhala Dibasa organized at UTech Institute. Presided by DPriyanka, Sulata Subhadarshini, Kalpana Patnaik graced as chief guest & chief speaker respectively. As guests of honor Prof. Sweta Patnaik, district youth coordinator of Nehru Yuva Kendra Bijay Kumar Mahapatra shared their views. Among others Tanuja Satpathy, Bichitrananda Bebarta, Narasingha Gauda, Lingaraj Panigrahi, Mamata Padhi Narmada Dash,Loknath Mishra, Babaji Behraextoled their views on the auspicious day. Speakers lauded tradition, culture, heritage of Odia which resound whole world with oldest collections of footprints of our forefathers who redeemed their resounded health by great pakhala as nutrition & hygenic food. Such tradition too a volatility in Srimandir where Sankha torani an amalgam feature.
A debate competition held where Saudagar Sia stood as first, Priya Pradhan as second & joint third among Chandni Maharana & Tapaswini Panda.Bhagabat Padhi, Sujata Nanda, Gouri Behra,Puspanjali Behra & Kusum Kumari graced as judges on debate competition.Traditional curd, lemon mixed rice served with various tested items to participants. Tripati Prasad Panda welcomed the guest & Satyanarayan Karjee given vote of thanks. Among NYK Mohini Pradhan & Manasi Panda vice president of Pragati, coordinated the program.
