World Mother Tongue Day

Paralakhemundi-On behalf of Sidhant, Pragati Mahila Sangathan & Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir(SSVM)World Mother Tongue Day observed.

Held on behalf of Sidhant Purnachandra Mahapatra presided over the meeting,where Dr. Kalyani Mishra graced as chief guest. Among others Bichitrananda Bebarta, Binod Chandra Jena,Bhagabat Padhi, Asalata Panigrahi,Mina Kumari Tahal,Jagadish Mahapatra shared their views. Speakers highlighted  on importance of first speaking language exposed from home & keep its sanctity. Every language bisects identity  for family. As an odia we must proud wherever we are & restore its culture & heritage. Tripati Prasad Panda conveyed vote of thanks.

On behalf of Pragati Mahila sangathan convened by Secretary Tanuja Satpathy & fecilitated by Bichitrananda Bebarta. Among others Loknath Mishra, Bhagabat Padhi, Saudagar Sia,Mamata Padhi, Mohini Pradhan, DPriyanka, Snigdha Mishra, Babaji Behera, Daktar Murmu shared their views. Prioritized as recognized classical language by government of India every odia people must restore its serenity. Inside nation or abroad we must flourish our language. That will establish our clear identity.

At SSVM presided by Saroj Panda among others Gopalkrushna Pandit, Sunita Sahu, Saileshna Khadagray, Sunil Kumar Panda, Mamata Mahapatra graced as speakers.Speakers lauded the great heritage where among more than 7000 languages Odia is in 37th position in world.Among 13 million Odia living we still proud to keep it’s fragrance. Among students competitions on neat handwriting, poem presentation, reading, antakhyari held & winners given
