Amid of this healthy juncture, AMRI Hospitals Bhubaneswar has organized a “SUSTHA BRAHMAPUR” series of healthcare activities for the people of Berhampur with the motto of staying healthy and fit. In this campaign, AMRI Hospitals had organized Health Check up & Health Awareness Camps at Rotary Club of Berhampur, Rajarani Enclave and Ganjam Muslim Cultural Association and a WALKATHON from Kamapalli Square to Town Hall, Berhampur. Around 800 People from various associations, educational institutions & Societies participated in the health awareness walkathon.

Leading Social Social Organization Berhampur Sabuja Bahini was actively associated in this Walkathon. The members have participated in the Walkathon and distributed Saplings among the participants. , Members of Team Clean City Berhampur, Students of Roland Pharmaceutical College and MKCG Medical College, Boxing Odisha and Robinhood Army and  many volunteers of various organizations had participated in the Walkathon and promoted the message of healthy lifestyle.

Renowned Doctors from AMRI Hospitals have had a technical discussions with the medical practitioners of Berhampur for providing better healthcare facilities and services to the people of Berhampur. Dr. Amit Jaiswal (Senior Neuro Surgeon), Dr. Lingaraj Nath (Senior Cardiologists), Dr. Manas Ranjan Pradhan (Senior Urologist) from  AMRI Hospitals Bhubaneswar also joined the Walkathon and delivered the Health Talk at the Town Hall. Prof. Dr. Umasankar Mishra, MKCG Medical College Berhampur graced the gathering at the Town Hall and addressed the participants on the importance of exercise in daily life.
