Virtual Meetings with MP, MLA & NGO representatives

Paralakhemundi-2 separate virtual meetings held by district administration one with MP & MLA and another with NGO representatives.MP Chandrasekhar Sahu, MLA KNarayan Rao,ZP President Anitarani Behera & SP Tapan Kumar Patnaik were present.

Collector Anupam Saha presented on status of expected Yass. Meanwhile MP Sahu shared on precautions on Chief Minister Instructions on all zero casualties to be at their stake by responsible Officers.In all blocks dry food to be available & schools round the clock to be opened. On field electricity, drinking water supply, construction of roadwork by PWD, RD where at vulnerable zone immediate repair work to be taken as casualties. For those landslide zones those villagers to be shifted to nearest shelter. All required positions informed during meeting.

Similarly with NGO representatives, Collector Anupam Saha, shared their role on GO-NGO collaborations to chase expected cyclone. NGOs holistically shared to field their volunteers on all rapid action & casualties by administration. Collector also congratulated NGOs  beeline commitments to tackle corona & their services at rural belts.For those vulnerable zones he requested to keep contact with Emergency sections on any support to defuse expected cyclone. District Emergency Officer-cum- PA ITDA Saroj Kumar Behera facilitated & on behalf of Nodal NGO, Bhagabat Padhi also attended
