Villagers Horrified to Leave their Homes by Hectic Corona

Baliguda-Pandemic shattered not only livelihoods hope but also crucial to stay at home. Such tragic hovered at Burangia village of Kirikuti panchayat under Baliguda sub division.
At Jharmunda village one person died due to fever, where one member of that deceased family and another from that street infected with corona. Subsequently at Budelpadi one person infected. This sizzled traumatic fear among Burangia villagers.Most of the villagers left to nearest forest and escaped themselves from administration’s eyes. Feared to refer on corona jinx, they grounded at unnoticed place.
50 families are suffering on cold & cough which gone to notice of Collector Kandhamal,Dr. Brunda D, who had a whirlwind visit to that village with other officers. On Saturday Tehsildar Kalakrushna Pradhan,BDO Abhimanyu Behera with medical team reached at spot.
Among them 3 reported as positives in village by Dr. Jakesh Samantray. He sensitized villagers & subsequently at Burangia and Jharmunda villages blocked by barricades. Though anganwadi and ASHA workers instructed for survey,but due to lack of kits survey halted.
