II ODISHABARTA II
As per the reports, Vijay Mallya the business man from India who is now staying in UK after leaving the country on charge of money laundering and fraud activities relating to unrecovered loan in his present defunct Kingfisher Airlines. He had lost an appeal against a Westminster Magistrates’ court’s for extradition order on 20th April wherein he was given 14 days time to file his application to seek permission to move the higher court against the order. After this development the new ruling would be to re-certification and the process of extradition which has to be triggered in 28 days. He has been receiving set back one after another. It seems, very soon the extradition process may begin if any legal hurdle is not there. Indian Govt. is trying hard to extradite him for the default he made through Kingfisher Airlines, as different agencies have accused.
