VIGILANCE RAID IN KASHIPUR BLOCK

RAYAGADA29/09/20:Prakash Kumar Sahu, Sr. Revenue Assistant, I/c of Development Section of Block Office, Kashipur,Dist.-Rayagada has been caught red-handed today by the officers of Vigilance Koraput Division while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) from complainant Bilash Naik, At/Po- Dangasil, PS-Doraguda, Dist-Raygada in order to issue work order in favour of the complainant in connection with construction of a Rest Shed at Village Dangasil.
The bribe amount has been recovered and seized from the possession of accused. His right hand wash gave positive chemical reaction. Further investigation is underway as per the press release of PRO, Vigilance, Cuttack.
